Mr. Wells has over twenty years of diversified environmental science, auditing, and regulatory experience. Involved in a variety of technical projects including: CEQA Mitigated Negative Declarations, underground storage tank removal and closure, soil and groundwater sampling, environmental impact assessments and inspections, environmental regulatory research, sampling and assessment of hazardous waste sites, and computer database management. Included in this experience are extensive report generating activities which include: Environmental Impact Reports, Underground Storage Tank Closure Reports, Pollution Prevention Plans, Hazardous Waste Management Plans, Remedial Action Plans, Health and Safety Plans, Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, and Quality Assurance Project Plans.
